About Alison Albers

Jeffrey Albers and his wife Alison have dedicated more than 25 years to advancing breakthrough medicines for patients with cancer and rare diseases. A proud Indiana University graduate, Jeff went on to earn his MBA and JD from Georgetown before building a distinguished career in the biopharmaceutical industry, including serving as CEO, president, and chairman of Blueprint Medicines. Even with a global reach in his professional life, Jeff has remained closely connected to IU—a commitment shared with his wife, Alison, whose own accomplishments and passion for helping students have drawn her into the IU community. Together, they support the Albers Family Life Sciences Endowment, strengthening research and education for future generations of scientists. Their philanthropy reflects a shared belief in the power of education to open doors and shape lives.
