Dr. Lisa Harris is the CEO and medical director of Wishard Health Services and associate dean of Wishard Affairs at the IU School of Medicine. In her role at Marion County's public hospital and health service, Dr. Harris has guided the institution from an annual $50 million deficit to a $25 million surplus without cutting services.
