About Dhiny Novianti

Dhiny Novianti is the vice-president of the Indonesia Chapter of the IU Alumni Association. A chapter volunteer since 2000 and an officer since 2007, Novianti has helped lead the alumni group to become one of the most active and impactful anywhere in the world. The innumerable hours that she has volunteered have given her a key role in events ranging from local community service opportunities to the 2015 Asia-Pacific Alumni Conference and Reunion in Bali. Through her tireless outreach to regional alumni and support of the ASEAN Gateway, Novianti has built lasting bridges between alumni communities spanning Asia. She has also strengthened the university’s connections to Indonesia, linking IU with partners in academia, government, and non-profit sectors. Novianti is an exceptional leader and outstanding alumna. Her work has meaningfully deepened Indiana University’s global impact and strengthened community across the Asia-Pacific region.
