Distinguished Teaching and Service awards honor faculty
The 2023 University Teaching and Service Awards honorees represent IU Bloomington, IU Kokomo, IU South Bend and IU School of Medicine.
Indiana University is proud to recognize and celebrate the students, faculty, staff, alumni, and friends of IU who have earned honors and awards from the university and organizations from around the world. These honors demonstrate the excellence of work in research, teaching, service, and philanthropy, as well as athletic, artistic, performance, and creative endeavors by the recipients.
University Honors and Awards is an initiative by the Office of the President to identify and commemorate the achievements of those affiliated with Indiana University. This website is a public catalogue of that legacy. It is continuously updated as awards are bestowed and more information about awardees becomes available.
If you know an IU faculty member who is deserving of recognition, please consider submitting a nomination for a teaching or service award presented by the university. Being acknowledged by the university is a high honor for award recipients, and the appreciation shown by a nominating colleague is deeply felt.
