About Rita Bagby

Rita Bagby is a 1984 alumnus who received the IUAA's President's Award in 2000 for her many years of service to the IU-Kokomo Alumni Association. She is a City of Kokomo employee and volunteer chaplain at St. Joseph Hospital & Health Care Center. Throughout the years, Bagby's service to IUK includes student body president for the 1979-1980 school year, "Outstanding Student in Liberal Studies" award winner in 1981, and membership on the IUK Alumni Board of Directors, IUK Foundation Advisory Board, and the IUK Library building committee. She served as president of the Alumni Board of Directors in 1995.
