About Annette F. Rush

Annette F. Rush is the managing attorney for the United Auto Workers Legal Services in Kokomo, IN. She began working at UAWLS in 1981, eventually being promoted to managing attorney of the staff. She has worked on different areas of the law such as drafting wills, litigation, discovery, and depositions, In particular, she is known for a bankruptcy case (Till v. SCS Credit Corporation) that was petitioned to the U.S. Supreme Court.

She was recognized with the 2010 Distinguished Alumni Award by the IU Kokomo Alumni Association for her work at UAWLS.
