Cole Beeler, MD, is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine at the Indiana University School of Medicine. He also serves as the Associate Fellowship Director for the Infectious Disease Fellowship and is the Medical Director of Infection Prevention at IU Health University Hospital. Beeler has a strong interest in infectious-related harm events and education for residents and medical students. He was recognized in the “2021 Forty Under 40” by the Indianapolis Business Journal for his contributions to infection prevention and addressing hospital-acquired infections. Indiana University recognized his exemplary contributions by awarding him a Distinguished Service Medal in 2021.
