Charles Dudley Warner Windes studied law at Indiana University, beginning his schooling early in preparation for a future career in government. Charles became Vice Consul in Madrid, later rising to the Arizona Superior Court Judge of that state. His contributions to jurisprudence and his influence on standards of legal practice and thinking were of tremendous benefit to the body of law. As the area grew from territory to full statehood, Charles' opinions and guidance earned him the respect and gratitude of many people who relied on his knowledge to successfully advance.
