About Alan Jay Dansker

Dansker is a an attorney whose concentration is health care, estate planning, employee benefits and real estate law. Dansker is an expert in corporate and regulatory issues pertaining to professional practices and joint ventures between physicians and hospitals. He received his law degree in 1977 from Indiana University, J.D., and graduated summa cum laude. He also has an undergraduate degree from Indiana University (1974) with high distinction. He was admitted to the Indiana Bar and the U.S. Tax Court in 1977. His articles have appeared in Indianapolis Business Magazine, Indiana Law Review and the Medical Group Management Association newsletter.
