About Debra Oing

Deborah played women's basketball for IU in 1972, 1973, 1974 and 1975. She scored 352 points as a junior and 484 points as a senior and led the 1973 team to a fourth place finish in the AIAW National Tournament. She was co-captain in 1975, won Kodak All-America honors in 1975, National AAU Tournament Rookie of the Year in 1975 and was member of 1975 AAU All-Star Team. She was the women's basketball coach at Iowa State 1980-84.
