About Gary H. Driggs

Gary H. Driggs was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Western Savings and Loan Association in Phoenix, AZ. Driggs was from the prominent Driggs family of Arizona, which had founded Western Savings and Loan Association in 1929. The company remained with Driggs and his family until it was taken over by Resolution Trust Corporation in 1989.

Driggs graduated from Indiana University with a M.B.A. (1960) and a D.B.A. (1962), and has also written several books on the financial market such as "In Defense of the Market Place".
