About Patricia T. Haase

Patricia T. Haase was a former associate professor of nursing at Indiana University School of Nursing. She has written extensively on the subject of associate degree education for nursing, having published the following; The Origins and Rise of Associate Degree Nursing Education (1990), Associate Degree Nursing Education: An Historical Annotated Bibliography, 1942 - 1988 (1990), Political crisis in associate degree nursing education: Implications for the college administrator (1978), and Proposed System for Nursing, A Theoretical Framework, Part 2 Pathways to Practice, Vol. 4 (1976). She received the Distinguished Alumni Award from IU School of Nursing in 1980.
