About Catherine Krege

Catherine Krege, from Carmel, IN, graduated with majors in International Studies and Spanish, a minor in Political Science, and a certificate in Political and Civic Engagement (PACE). Krege was a member of the IU Women's Rowing team. As Indiana University’s fourth presidential intern, Krege worked on providing a student-driven perspective on recruitment and engagement in IU’s new School of Global and International Studies. Krege was also the Lead Student Associate within the PACE program and took part in PACE’s Community Deliberation Project.

Professionally, Krege was an intern for the Victorian Aboriginal Community-Controlled Health Organisation in Melbourne, Australia; an intern-scholar at the Center for Strategic and International Studies in D.C.; and a marketing intern for Eli Lilly and Company. After graduation, she plans to work in strategic consulting and hopes to continue to serve the university.
