Sarah M. Williams, from Auburn, IN, graduated with a dual Bachelor of Science in Informatics and a Bachelor of Arts in Comparative Literature. She also completed a minor in Fine Arts, focusing on Graphic Design. Williams was highly involved with the Collins Living-Learning Center during her time on campus, serving as the Publicity Coordinator, a Peer Instructor, and as Co-Manager of the Cheshire Cafe. In her senior year, Williams was elected President of Collins. Williams was also engaged with the Intensive Freshman Seminar program, working as an Undergraduate Teaching Intern for the program.
As an undergraduate, Williams remained connected to her home community and began her professional development by working at the Eckhart Public Library in Auburn. In the summer after her freshman year, Williams worked as the Willenar intern and redesigned the library's Genealogy Center's website. Following her sophomore year, she worked at the library as a technology intern.
Before graduating, Williams founded her own company, Sarah Williams LLC. Her work focuses on creating and implementing custom graphical identities and webdesign solutions. Williams continued working as the owner and sole operator of her LLC after graduating from IU.
