About Kathy Compton

Kathy Compton earned a B.A in Psychology (1993) from IUPUC and a Master's in Social Work (1996) from IUPUI and is licensed in Indiana as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Compton's primary area of practice is in community and mental health with a focus on children and families. She also helps with Indiana Project Aftermath through the Indiana Department of Mental Health. She has experience responding to disaster services and trained in Psychological First Aid and treatment of child trauma, as well as equine psychotherapy.
