About Dean Babcock

Dean Babcock has served at Wishard Health Services, Midtown Community Mental Health Center from 1996 to the present. Midtown offers both inpatient and outpatient services, including several outreach centers as well as clinic- and community-based services for all types of emotional and behavioral problems, including severe mental illness and substance abuse.
