As a result of severe basketball injury in high school and subsequent extensive reconstructive surgery, Jaimee knew that she wanted to be a physical therapist. Sidelined for the remainder of her high school career, she volunteered and shadowed in PT clinics. Jaimee graduated from the IU PT program and in 1999. By serving with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), Jaimee has found a voice in professional advocacy. After fifteen years of professional experience, Jaimee's next goal is to complete her doctorate in physical therapy.
