About Pamela Rude

Pamela Rude is Senior Artist/Book Designer at Indiana University Press where she has worked for 31 years. Rude received the AAUP Book and Jacket Design award in 2009 for Perennials Short and Tall by Moya Andrews and The Foreword INDIE Coffee Table Book of the Year award in 2019 for The Lilly Library from A to Z by Darlene Sadlier.

In 2020, Rude was awarded Indiana University's Bicentennial Medal in recognition of her award-winning design and artistic work on the Well House Bicentennial Books series.
