IUAA Volunteer Leadership Award - 2022

About Darin Messer

Darin has been an IUAA volunteer since 1998, when he met alumni staff and became interested in getting involved. He has been a longtime member of the Johnson County and Central Indiana Chapter boards, serving in multiple positions over the years, and has most recently championed the Johnson County alumni scholarship to great success. Darin has also been a member of the College of Arts and Sciences Alumni Board, on the John Whittenberger Society, and on the IUAA’s Executive Council. His experience and institutional knowledge of many aspects of IU are invaluable.
