About Carin Weingarten

After graduating from the IU School of Dentistry, Dr. Harvey Weingarten returned to his hometown of South Bend to treat patients in his community. Along with a private practice, Dr. Weingarten has also served as faculty for the IU School of Dentistry, where he is currently the associate dean of clinical affairs. Dr. Weingarten and his wife, Carin, have been avid supporters of IUSD throughout their careers. They have generously contributed to clinic renovations on the Indianapolis and South Bend campuses. The Weingartens have also supported students by contributing to scholarships and student emergency funds. Dr. Weingarten believes that he has been afforded a great career because of the education he received at the IU School of Dentistry and hopes their support will provide current and future IUSD students the same opportunities. The IU School of Dentistry thanks Dr. Harvey and Carin Weingarten for their thoughtfulness and generosity.
