About The Great Frame Up

For more than 25 years, Herron and The Great Frame Up have celebrated an extraordinary connection. The custom framing store, with four locations throughout Central Indiana, is dedicated to supporting Herron’s students, faculty, alumni, and friends of the community. The Great Frame Up made its first philanthropic gift to the school’s general scholarship fund in 1997 and has continued to support Herron’s special events over the years. Especially exciting is the support the store has provided since 2005, offering complimentary parking to guests visiting the Herron Galleries and attending visiting artist talks. This generous underwriting benefits hundreds of guests each year, many of whom continue to express their appreciation. In addition, complimentary parking is available for alumni attending the Tuesday night drawing class at Eskenazi Hall. Dean Greg Hull shares, “I’m particularly appreciative of the parking support from The Great Frame Up because it provides an easy and efficient way for the Herron Galleries to be more accessible to the public. Art needs to be accessible and because of this support, local, regional, and international art is available to many within our community.”
