About CREA Foundation, Inc.

With a mission to provide individuals and families with a safe place to call home, CREA, LLC is one of the nation’s largest financial syndicators of affordable housing communities. In May 2021, CREA formalized its commitment to social impact and investment through the creation of CREA Foundation, which is dedicated to improving the lives of underserved youth and young adults by creating opportunities to further learning, development, and education. The CREA Scholars Program launched its first cohort at IUPUI in August 2022, ensuring that nontraditional students facing financial barriers would receive financial scholarships and wraparound resources to pursue higher education and attain their degrees. This meaningful program is now being replicated at other universities across the country, thanks to the generosity of the CREA Foundation and its leaders CEO and Chairman Jeffrey Whiting and Executive Director Arvetta Jideonwo.
