About Pam Barr

Pam Barr and Bill Bogner both spent many years as professors and administrators at Georgia State University’s J. Mack Robinson College of Business. After growing up in Bloomington, Bill received his B.S. in Business from the Kelley School of Business. He, along with Pam, established the William C. Bogner and Pamela Barr Kelley School of Business Scholarship to help first-generation students who struggle with completing their education due to finances, particularly after their freshman year. Dr. Barr says, “For the student’s family, the impact of successful degree completion by a first-generation student can be tremendous.”
