About Allen B. Maxwell

Allen B. Maxwell received his B.A. from Swarthmore College in 1961. He then earned his M.A. in 1962, and his Ph.D. in 1971 from Tufts University. He serves as Professor Emeritus of Political Science in the School of Arts and Sciences at Indiana University in Kokomo. Professor Maxwell's specialties include Indiana and national politics, U.S. foreign policy, global politics, and United Nations issues.
