Under the sponsorship of a consortium of granting organizations, Professor Mann co-authored the only study on the charitable giving capacity for Pierce County.
One of Dr. Mann's continuing projects is an annual Pierce County forecast, known as Horizons. They have been providing this local area forecast for more than ten years.
