About Carol S. Browne

Carol S. Browne is Vice President of the Board of Trustees for the Allegan District Library (MI).

Formerly, she has served as Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dean of the Faculty, and Professor of Education at the University of Maine Fort Kent (1999-2003) and as Assoc. Professor of Education, Division Chair, and Associate Vice Chancellor of Indiana University East (1975-1999).

She earned her Ph.D. from Indiana University in 1985.
