About Kenn A. Reynolds

Kenn A. Reynolds is vice president of ABI Research and Development, Anheuser-Busch Companies Inc., the world's largest brewer and one of the largest theme park operators in the United States. The company is also the second-largest U.S. manufacturer of aluminum beverage containers and the world's largest recycler of aluminum beverage containers.

In his current position, Mr. Reynolds provides research and development and technical resource support for beer business operations and new product initiatives, in addition to technology support for the Anheuser-Busch agricultural and theme park business.

Mr. Reynolds joined Anheuser-Busch in 1977. Prior to his current position, he had been both managing director and vice president of Anheuser-Busch's corporate research and development, with responsibility for supporting all business areas of Anheuser-Busch Companies Inc. His efforts helped launch the successful Eagle Snacks division, and his support for new products, quality and process improvements in beer and beer-related areas allowed the company to continue its growth.

Mr. Reynolds received his MBA degree from Indiana University in 1976, and also holds a BS in mechanical engineering from Purdue University. He lives in St. Louis, MO.
