About Steven J. Holm

Steven J. Holm is a dentist at Airport Road Dental Associates in Portage, IN. He is the vice president of the Indiana Dental Association and teaches dental education at IU Northwest.

Holm is a fellow in the International College of Dentists, the American College of Dentists, and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He is a member of the American Dental Association, the Indiana Dental Association, the Chicago Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. Holm holds degrees from University of South Dakota and Loyola University School of Dentistry.
