About Charles E. Smith

Charles E. Smith is an Indianapolis dentist who helped develop the Seal Indiana dental education program that travels around the state to teach children about dental hygiene and provides preventive oral care for those who cannot afford it.

He is also a volunteer clinical associate professor of preventive and community dentistry at IUSD.
