About Richard Ellsworth

Richard Ellsworth is a dentist at the Ellsworth & Day DDS practice in Lafayette. He graduated from IU-Bloomington and IU School of Dentistry in Indianapolis. After graduating from IUSD in 1973, Ellsworth set up a solo practice in downtown Lafayette. He received the IUSD Distinguished Service Award in 1995.
