Dr. Bruce Raibley was a dentist in Newburgh, IN. He graduated from The University of Evansville in 1969 and graduated from Indiana University School of Dentistry in 1973, which made him the fifth member of the Raibley family to do so.
Raibley was very active in organized dentistry having served as President of the Vanderburgh County Dental Society, the First District Dental Society, the First District Academy of General Dentistry, and the Indiana University School of Dentistry Alumni Association. He was a trustee to the Indiana Dental Association for 10 years representing Southwestern Indiana. Raibley also served as a Delegate and Alternate Delegate to the American Dental Association Annual Session for several years. In addition, Raibley was on the Council on Dental Practice of the American Dental Association in Chicago and numerous committees and subcommittees over his four-year term representing Indiana and Ohio. He was a member of the Governor's Task Force for Dental Health for the State of Indiana and Xi Psi Phi Dental Fraternity. Raibley was a member in the Pierre Fauchard Academy, the American College of Dentists, a Fellow of The Academy of General Dentistry and a member of the International College of Dentists for which he has served as a Southern Indiana director prior to his death in 2008.
