About Jay Dwizlik

Jay Dziwlik is the Assistant Executive Director of the Indiana Dental Association. Dziwlik joined the staff in 2000. His responsibilities include coordinating membership, activities at the IU School of Dentistry, lecturing throughout the state, and assisting with various IDA programs and councils.

Dziwlik has been awarded the Association Staff Professional of the Year for Indiana by the Indiana Society of Association Executives in 2005.
