About Janice Mucker

Graduating from IU's School of Social work in 1988 with a BSW and 1991 with an MSW, Janice Mucker is the epitome of a loyal and devoted alumnus. Mucker has contributed significantly to the IU School of Social Work Alumni Association. Recognizing the great need to fund social work education, she helped to create a scholarship fund in 1999, raising money through events like IU Day. Mucher has also been instrumental in forging strong bonds between the school and its alumni through the annual continuing education conference, which she helped inaugurate.
