About Joyce Ribble

Joyce Ribble, M.S., has served in a number of community organizations in Indianapolis. She was the director of planning at the Community Service Council of Metropolitan Indinapolis. She was also the president of the Indiana Coalition for the Arts and the owner of JLR Research-Planning-Evaluation.
