Noble Biddinger was a three-time outdoor All-American for the Hoosiers. In 1931, he was third in the hammer throw, his highest finish ever. Biddinger was fourth in the hammer in 1932 and took fifth in 1933. He still stands as Indiana's only All-American in the hammer throw. Indiana won their first NCAA indoor title in 1932 behind the efforts of Biddinger. The Hoosiers also won a Big Ten title in 1932.
