About Amara Raksasataya

Scholar of public administration and governance, Distinguished Professor of the National Institute of Development Administration Amara Raksasataya has authored more than ten books. He has been honored by the Royal Institute Grand Palace, Bangkok, and has received the Dushadee Mala Medal from the King of Thailand for his contributions to the arts and sciences. Dr. Raksasataya (M.A. 1957, Ph.D. 1960) served as a justice of the Constitutional Court and as an advisor to the prime minister in his native Thailand.
