About Betty C. Martin

Betty C. Martin is the former library director of Vigo County Public Library in Terre Haute, serving from 1981 to 1999. Currently, she is the associate administrator for the Terre Haute Community Band, which she has been with since 2004. Also, Martin is a member of the Legislative Committee for the Indiana Library Federation as the liason to ILTA & FOIL.

Martin graduated from IU in 1979 with a M.L.S., and received the SLIS Distinguished Alumni Award in 1991.
