About Larry L. Hardesty

Larry L. Hardesty is the retired library director and a professor at Austin College in Texas. He is a 1982 SLIS Ph.D. graduate, and is the immediate past President of the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL). He has published seven books, numerous articles, and is a frequent presenter at professional conferences. His areas of specialty include: college libraries, research design, library evaluation, and instructional development.
