As principal attorney for Aronson & Associates P.A. in Minneapolis, Robert D. Aronson has devoted his career and much of his personal life to ensuring access to legal assistance for immigrants and to enhancing the resettlement experience of refugees and their families.
Aronson attended Indiana University from 1967-1976, graduating with a B.A., M.A., and J.D. He became a Fulbright Scholar at Harvard Law School and Moscow State University Law School. From 1988 to 2002, Aronson was an adjunct professor of international management at the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis.
Aronson has held leadership positions in various organizations, including the Minneapolis Federation, the JCC, the JCRC, and the Advocates for Human Rights, and is a Trustee of the Aronson & Associates Immigration Philanthropic Fund. He currently serves on the board of the Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society.
