About C. Daniel Yates

C. Daniel Yates is a practicing partner in the estate planning and business succession planning group of Bose McKinney & Evans LLP. He has counseled families, business owners, corporate executives, and other individuals and businesses to formulate and achieve financial objectives since 1973.

In addition to professional endeavors, Yates gives generously to at least seven Indianapolis civic and cultural organizations. He is also a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, an Indiana Bar Foundation Fellow, and a member of the St. Vincent Foundation Inc. Seton Society. He has also been named to Strathmore's Who's Who; The National Registry of Who's Who; the Outstanding Lawyers of America; The Best Lawyers in America®2006; and as a 2006 Indiana Super Lawyer. Yates is an enthusiastic supporter of IU and the Law School. He serves on the Indiana Philanthropy Council and the IU School of Medicine Planned Giving Advisory Board, and he is a past president and board member for the IU College of Arts and Sciences Alumni Association.
