Nicholas W. Gray earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Secondary Education from IPFW. He also has a Master of Science degree in Educational Leadership. Nicholas worked for FWCS as a teacher and administrator in several schools for 11 years before joining the IPFW staff in March 2012. Currently, he is the director of the IPFW TriO Upward Bound program, which is aimed at mentoring participants toward successful entrance into post-secondary education. This college preparatory project assists students in the development of academic skills and achievement as well as, provides guidance, support, and direction for success beyond high school.
Gray is a board member of the Northeast Indiana Chapter of the IU Alumni Association and a member of the IPFW School of Education Alumni Council. He is a life member of IUAA.
