IUB Athletics Hall of Fame - 1990

About Earl Faison

Earl won football letters in 1958, 1959 and 1960 and played end and led IU in receiving in both 1958 and 1960. He was All-Big Ten in 1960 and a third team All-American. Earl was IU's Most Valuable Player in 1960, played in East-West game, All-American game and Hula Bowl. He later played professionally for many years, most of them with the San Diego Chargers. Earl is a member of the San Diego Chargers Hall of Fame.
