About Andrew J. Paine, Jr.

Andrew J. Paine, Jr. is the retired President and CEO of NBD Bank, N.S. and Executive Vice President, First Chicago NBD Corporation. He is a past director of Indianapolis Life Insurance Company, Bankers Life Of New York, Indianapolis Power & Light Co., IPALCO Enterprises, Indiana National Corp and a past Trustee of Citizens Gas Co. He earned his B.A. from DePauw University in 1959, MBA from Indiana University in 1967, and holds a certificate from the Stonier Graduate School of Banking at Rutgers. Paine serves as a director of AmerUS Group and on the board of DePauw University.
