About Dorothy Thorman

Dorothy Thorman is a belly dancer for Medfit, the Richmond location for Whitewater Valley Rehabilitation. She established a fund to create the John and Corinne Graf Endowed Chair of Mass Communication for the Department of Communication Studies at Indiana University - East. The Grafs were her parents, and the Graf Recreation Center on campus is named for them.

She was given the Chancellor's Medallion in 1999.
