IU Southeast Distinguished Alumni Award - 2009

About Bob Lane

Bob Lane is the executive director of the New Albany Housing Authority in New Albany, IN. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Indiana University - Southeast. Lane earned his B.A. from IUS in 1976 and M.S. in Education in 1981. After graudation, he was an assistant basketball coach and later served as the head coach for the women’s basketball team and both tennis teams. Lane left the campus in 1985 to take over the New Albany-Floyd County Parks and Recreation Department. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for LifeSpan Resources.

Lane received the Distinguished Alumni Award from IUS in 2009.
