About Col. Keiko Torgersen, U.S.A.F.

Col. Keiko Torgersen, U.S.A.F., NC, BSN, MS, RNC, was the 2007 Recipient of the Excellence in Nursing Award. She retired in 2007 after serving 27 years of service to the U.S. Air Force, where she was the commander of 60th Medical Operations Squadron at Travis AFB in California. She has also received the Mary Hannah Memorial Award of Journalism for her article published in the Journal of PeriAnesthesia Nursing.
