About Janet M. Bingle

Janet M. Bingle is the former Chief Nursing Officer of Community Health Network, which encompasses five hospitals, six urgent-care centers and three nursing homes in Indianapolis. During her time there, she established Nursing 2005--Community Health Network's strategic plan for recruiting and retaining nurses. Bingle was a faculty member at the Indiana University School of Nursing and the University of Michigan. She is an associate editor of Clinical Nurse Specialist: The Journal of Advanced Nursing Practice and on the editorial advisory boards for Nurse Week and Indianapolis Woman Magazine.
