About Heather Schaefer

Heather Schaefer is a 2010 graduate of Indiana University with a bachelor's degree in marketing and psychology. Currently, she works as a territory manager for Acute Care at Sempermed USA, Inc. in the Louisville, KY area.

During her time at IU, she became active in the Indiana University Student Alumni Association in her freshman year of college. She later became the vice president of public relations in the SAA and was its president in her senior year. Schaefer also was active in other organizations such as the Kelley School of Business Student Business Ambassador Program and is a co-founder of Nearly Naked Mile. She was elected IU Homecoming Queen her senior year. She also is the 2007 winner of the PriceWaterhouseCoopers Case Competition and is a Dean's Scholarship recipient. Due to her involvement in the SAA, Schaefer was awarded the Sue H. Talbot Hoosiers for Higher Education Volunteer Award Scholarship in 2009.
