About Andy Hays

Andy Hays is the principal partner of the Hays Group, a law firm based in Chicago. Prior to establishing his firm, Hays worked as the vice president-corporate relations for Tribune Company, a diversified communications company that owns The Chicago Tribune.

He attended Indiana University, earning a bachelor's degree in 1953 and a law degree in 1959. Hays was inducted into the Maurer School of Law Academy of Law Fellows in 2001.
