Thomas R. Lemon is Of Counsel with Mallor Grodner LLP and chair of the firm’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Practice Group. Throughout his career, Lemon has established himself as an outstanding Indiana trial lawyer and a renowned mediator. He received his J.D. from Indiana University in 1966 and was an Order of the Coif. He is a past president of the IU School of Law Alumni Association.
After graduation, Lemon became a law clerk for Judge S. Hugh Dillin in the Southern District of Indiana. A year later, he moved to Warsaw, IN, where he worked in a civil trial practice. He joined Mallor Grodner LLP in 1991 and has completed more than 3,500 mediations and arbitrations in numerous areas of civil law. Lemon also has served as a primary trainer for the Indiana Supreme Court Certified Mediation Program and the Indiana Association of Mediators for Advanced Mediation Training, and participated in Mediation Advocacy training programs for the Indiana Attorney General’s office and other organizations, including the EEOC.
